License Agreement

The License Agreement is a legal agreement between Customer (either an individual or a company) and All4Coding. The agreement covers the purchase and use of the extensions (Products) developed by All4coding and Services associated with Products.

By purchasing any Product or ordering any Service from All4coding Customer agrees to the following:

Copyright

All4coding is the copyright holder of Products’, this including all Products parts.

License

General Information

Each Product comes with different license options. Customer selects a license option during the Products’ purchase .

The following restrictions apply to all license options:

1. Customer may not use any part of the Products’ code in whole or part in any other software or product.
2. Customer may not give, sell, distribute, sub-license, rent, lease or lend any portion of Products to anyone. Customer may not place Products on a server so that it is accessible via a public network such as the Internet for distribution purposes.
3. License key can also be registered a number of sub-domains for testing and development purposes. The full list of sub-domains that can be registered as test site by one license key is:

4. Part of the Products’ code is encrypted. Customer may not take any efforts to decrypt and/or change the encrypted code. Customer obtains the right to customize the open-sourced part of the code for personal use.

Per Website License

Per Website License of Products provides one license key to be used during the installation of the Product on one or several Magento ‘website’. By ‘website’ All4coding understands website in Magento configuration terms.

All stores and storeviews within one Magento website are covered by one license key. In case Customer has a configuration where several Magento websites are set under one or several Magento installations, each of the websites requires a license key to run the Product on.

Per Instance License

Per Instance License of Products provides one license key to be used during the installation of the Product on one or several Magento installation.

All Magento “websites” under one installation are covered by one license key.

Regular License

Regular License of Products provides one license key to be used during the installation of the Product on two Magento website and four Magento test website. By ‘website’ All4coding understands website in Magento configuration terms.

All stores and storeviews within one Magento website are covered by one license key. In case Customer has a configuration where several Magento websites are set under one or several Magento installations, each of the websites requires a license key to run the Product on.

Advanced License

Advanced License of Products provides one license key to be used during the installation of the Product on two Magento Instance and eight Magento test website.

Per Instance License of Products provides one license key to be used during the installation of the Product on one or several Magento installation.

All Magento “websites” under one installation are covered by one license key.

By ‘website’ All4coding understands website in Magento configuration terms.

All stores and storeviews within one Magento website are covered by one license key. In case Customer has a configuration where several Magento websites are set under one or several Magento installations, each of the websites requires a license key to run the Product on.

Premium License

Premium License of Products provides one license key to be used during the installation of the Product on  five Magento Instance and twenty Magento test website.

Per Instance License of Products provides one license key to be used during the installation of the Product on one or several Magento installation.

All Magento “websites” under one installation are covered by one license key.

By ‘website’ All4coding understands website in Magento configuration terms.

All stores and storeviews within one Magento website are covered by one license key. In case Customer has a configuration where several Magento websites are set under one or several Magento installations, each of the websites requires a license key to run the Product on.

Installation

Installation of all Products is provided via All4coding Core.

All4coding Core downloads Product files during the installation, validates license key and notifies Customer of available updates for Product. It does not collect any secured information from Customer side or send it anywhere.

All4coidng Core is encrypted. Customer may not take any efforts to decrypt and/or change the encrypted code.

All4coding provides Professional Installation service at the additional charge.

Compatibility

Extensions are compatible with the Magento editions and versions that are listed on the extensions' pages.

The compatibility between the extensions developed by All4coding is guaranteed. For some extensions this means correct work when they are installed on the same Magento installation/website, while others will compliment each other expanding their functionality.

No compatibility is guaranteed with any other 3rd party extensions or templates. They may or may not work correctly together. In case there is a conflict between two 3rd party extensions and/or templates, All4coding has no obligations of resolving the conflict. Conflicts' resolving in this case can be provided as a separate service at extra charge.

Refund

To ensure your protection we offer 7-day money back guarantee for Products.

No refund is provided for Services associated with Products; this includes Professional Installation, Support and Customization services.

Termination

License agreement remains effective until terminated.

License Agreement is terminated by mutual agreement when Customer receives refund for the Product and uninstalls it.

If Customer fails to use Products in accordance with the License Agreement, it constitutes a breach of the agreement, and Customer’s license to use the program will be revoked. Termination due to the violation of the Agreement License does not obligate All4coding to return Customers the amount spent for purchase of Products.
